Minibus hire Newham for events, weddings and City Airport runs

ExCeL, the London Stadium and London City Airport all in one borough, plus weddings and family events from East Ham to Forest Gate.

Few London boroughs have as much going on as Newham. ExCeL, the biggest exhibition centre in London. The London Stadium and the Olympic Park. London City Airport. Westfield Stratford City. And around all of that, busy town centres from East Ham to Forest Gate where families book us for weddings, celebrations and airport runs. Minibus hire Newham groups book covers the lot.

From our base in SE1, Stratford is about thirty to forty minutes outside the rush hour, and the Royal Docks a little less.

Exhibitions at ExCeL

ExCeL London sits on the Royal Victoria Dock, and it hosts trade shows, conferences and big public events most weeks of the year. Exhibitors and visitors book us for shuttles between hotels and the venue, and for runs to and from London City Airport, a few minutes away.

On big exhibition days, the roads around the Royal Docks are busy in the morning and late afternoon. We'll plan the timings with that in mind.

The London Stadium and Stratford

The London Stadium, in the Olympic Park, is West Ham's home ground and hosts summer concerts and athletics. On event days, the roads around the park are managed, and vehicles use set drop-off areas. We'll send the exact drop-off point in advance.

Stratford's station is one of the busiest in London, and Westfield draws shoppers from across the south-east. For groups visiting the park or the shopping centre, a minibus that drops and collects saves the queues.

Minibus hire Newham for weddings

Newham has a lot of weddings, many of them large, with ceremonies, receptions and celebrations over more than one day. Green Street, in Upton Park, has shops where wedding parties come for outfits and jewellery, and banqueting halls across east London host the receptions.

For big weddings, two or three minibuses running loops, or a mini coach for the main transfer, keep everyone moving. Tell us the guest numbers and the timings for each event.

East Ham's High Street and Green Street are two of the busiest shopping streets in east London, lined with shops, restaurants and jewellers. Upton Park, where West Ham played for over a century before the move to Stratford, has kept its busy high street and its market.

Forest Gate, in the north of the borough, has an Elizabeth line station and quieter residential streets. Canning Town and Custom House, in the south, have been rebuilt around the Royal Docks. Plaistow and Beckton sit in between. We cover every corner of the borough, and plenty of bookings collect from several of these areas on the same trip.

The roads through the town centres are busy with buses, and East Ham High Street in particular is slow at weekends. For pickups there, we'll agree a point on a side street.

The borough's own airport

London City Airport is in the borough, which makes it the easy airport for most Newham residents. From East Ham or Stratford, it's about fifteen to twenty minutes. Stansted is about forty-five minutes to an hour, via the A406 or the A12 and the M11. Heathrow is a long way, an hour and a quarter or more across London.

For relatives arriving from abroad, a minibus that collects the whole family from the airport and brings them home is a common booking.

Hospitals, universities and schools

Newham University Hospital in Plaistow is the borough's main hospital, and staff book us for team events. The University of East London has campuses in the Royal Docks and Stratford, and students and staff book us for trips and events.

Newham has a lot of schools, and they book us for museum trips, sports fixtures and days out. The cable car across the river from the Royal Docks to the Greenwich peninsula is a popular school trip.

The A13, the tunnels and event days

The A13 runs east through Canning Town, Beckton and on to Barking, and it's one of the busiest roads in east London. The Blackwall and Silvertown tunnels, at the borough's western edge, both charge a user fee.

The thing to know about minibus hire Newham residents book is that event days at the stadium and big exhibitions at ExCeL can slow the whole borough. If your trip falls on one of those days, tell us, and we'll plan the route and the timings around them.

Stratford, the Royal Docks, East Ham and Forest Gate all have their own pages, with the venues and roads that matter most in each. Bookings that combine them, collecting from East Ham and Forest Gate on the way to a wedding in Ilford, say, are routine. Give us the addresses and we'll plan the order.

On match days and show days, allow extra time for anything that crosses the borough.
