LMH Travel (“we”, “us”, “our”) runs the website londonminibushire.net. This page explains what personal data we collect when you use the site, why we collect it and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote or send us a message, we collect the details you give us, which can include:
- your name, phone number and email address
- pickup and drop-off addresses, journey dates and times
- the number of passengers, luggage and any other notes you add, such as flight numbers
We also record basic technical information when a form is sent, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link you followed. We use this to stop spam and to understand how people find us.
How we use it
- to prepare and send your quote, and to arrange and run your booking
- to contact you about your trip, including on the day of travel
- to keep records of enquiries and bookings
- to protect the site and our forms from spam and abuse
We don’t sell your personal data.
Services that help us run the site
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that quote requests come from a person rather than a bot.
- Google Maps / Places suggests addresses as you type in the pickup and destination fields.
- WhatsApp is used if you choose to send your enquiry that way. Messages sent through WhatsApp are covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
- Quote requests sent online are emailed to our team and stored in our booking system so we can follow them up.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records only as long as we need them to run your booking, deal with any questions afterwards and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. You can also object to how we use it. To do any of these, contact us using the details below. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Security
The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit who can see enquiry details. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
